Hunting:
At The Foundation it is not uncommon to awaken to find deer
and turkeys feeding in the fields. We have hunting stands/houses
on the property to increase your chances of getting "the
big one". If you are not a hunter you can enjoy the wildlife
through your camera lens or binoculars.
The Choccolocco Wildlife Management Area that
borders The Foundation property has thousands of acres for
your hunting pleasure. Hunting license is required.

Fishing:
Bass, Catfish and Bream abound. Enjoy sitting
on the bank of the lake quietly fishing and enjoying the beautiful
view of the mountains, or get the group together for a fishing
tournament. Fishing off site is available as well (license
required for off site fishing).

Golfing:
 Silver
Lakes, Alabama's Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail is
located approximately 25 miles from The Foundation. Silver
Lakes features three championship nines plus a nine-hole Short
Course. The beauty of Silver Lakes is the multiple tee selections
(up to 12 on some holes) to fit varying skill levels. For

Pine Hill Golf Course is
less than 5 miles from The Foundation. This 18 hole par 72
course has 7 lakes, rolling hills and fairways lined with
pine trees.
Cider Ridge Golf Course is
located approximately 12 miles from The Foundation. This course
offers options for golfers of all skill levels to enjoy. The
6,976 yard, 18 hole championship golf course designed by Bill
Bergin traverses Hillabee Creek, Choccolocco Creek, Cider
Lake, a century old rock reservoir, and even a waterfall.
With its dramatic topography and bent grass greens, it is
one of the southeast's most scenic championship golf courses.
The clubhouse provides striking views of Cider
Lake in addition to a restaurant, a fully stocked pro shop,
and a practice facility with professional instruction available.
Cider Ridge is contoured to the land, blending
in to the natural scenic surroundings with incomparable views.
You can now ride the fairways and with many tee layouts and
other features, it will be as challenging as most golfers
desire and expect in a top quality golf course. Local players
are the majority of the golfers at Cider Ridge. However, golfers
from all over the nation are saying Cider Ridge is one of
the most scenic courses they have ever played. Cider Ridge
is catering to the needs and desires of the local population.

Bicycling:
Enjoy touring The foundation property for leisurely ride,
or embark up the mountain. Mountain trails are well marked
and have varying degrees of difficulty.
Sporting Clays:
Just minutes from The Foundation . . . Our field shooting
is as competitive as you want it to be. Compete against your
buddies or simply challenge your own personal best. This activity
is fun for the novice or expert.
Horseback Riding:
The Foundation offers guided tours of the gentle rolling hills
on the property and the beautiful mountain trails. This activity
is limited to riders 14 and up.
Spa Packages:
Relax and indulge yourself with a personal spa day. The Foundation
Spa Days are designed specifically to meet your personal needs.
We offer a luxurious massage, manicures, pedicures, and facials.
Let us help you erase the stress.
The Game Room:
Plan some fun with friends and associates playing at our two
custom built game tables. Try your hand at a game of pool
or ping pong. Our staff can customize exciting tournaments
for you.
Swimming:
After a day of activities, enjoy refreshing swim in the pool
while surrounded by serene views of the mountains and fishing
lake, or relax in the warm waters of our jacuzzi.

Nascar Racing:
Talladega Superspeedway is the biggest, fastest,
most competitive motorsports facility in the world. Records
for both speed and competition have been established at Talladega.
Talladega Superspeedway can accommodate more
than 143,000-seated guests and thousands more in the 212-arce
infield. The track offers van tours to visitors daily during
working hours except on weeks around events. Adjacent to the
track is the International Motorsports Hall of Fame and Museum,
